Located in the middle between Villa Baltic Sun I and III, the building features four apartments, each approximately 53 square meters. Each apartment has two levels. All apartments in building I have electric underfloor heating on the ground floor. The upstairs bedrooms are heated by electric radiators. The bathroom has electric underfloor heating, and domestic hot water is heated by an 80-liter electric boiler.
